We had dinner at the home of Astrid's daughter, Lisbeth. She is a remarkable and very capable young woman who has 2 adorable kids, Vera and Peter. For dinner, she had made several kinds of pizza, all of which were delicious. When we arrived, she asked what we'd like to drink. I sort of jokingly asked if she had Arctic Beer (an actual brand!) and she didn't hesitate to say she did! Hence the photo!
We shared this festive meal with Astrid's elder son, Asbjørn, and his wife, Anette.
After dinner, we headed to Astrid and Svein's holiday home in Levang. This cabin is a rustic 2-story building that sits right on the water. We had a comfy room and slept well there.
